Easy Coleslaw

A simple and classic recipe for coleslaw using common ingredients most of us have in our kitchens. Just like your grandma used to make!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, pepper, and salt together until smooth.
  • Using a large spoon, stir in coleslaw mix.
  • Chill and serve.

Notes

  • Let your coleslaw chill for at least an hour before you serve it. 
  • You can use fresh cabbage, just be sure to cut it very thinly. 
  • Place leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
