Green Bean Bundles

Fresh green beans brushed with butter, sprinkled with brown sugar and wrapped in crispy bacon. A delicious side to any meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh green beans about 40 beans
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Garlic salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
  • Gather 6-7 green beans into 6 bundles.
  • Wrap one piece of bacon around each bundle and secure with a toothpick.
  • Place bundles on greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle with garlic salt and brown sugar.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

Notes

  • You may have to stretch your bacon to cover the bundle. 
  • Serve immediately for best results. 
  • Store leftovers for 3-5 days in the fridge.
