Wisconsin Brandy Slush
A frozen, boozy slush mixed with lemon-lime soda and garnished with fresh fruit. This is the classic, tried-and-true Wisconsin recipe! Perfect for parties and entertaining large groups!

8 cups water 2 cups sugar 5 black tea bags 12 ounces lemonade concentrate thawed 12 ounces orange juice concentrate thawed 3 cups brandy Lemon-lime soda like Sprite 7-Up or Sierra Mist Cranberries orange slices and rosemary for garnish (optional)
In a large pot, add water and sugar over medium-high heat.
Whisk often while bringing to a boil. Remove from heat with sugar is dissolved.
Add tea bags to sugar water and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
Add lemonade concentrate, orange juice concentrate, and brandy. Stir well until combined.
Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a gallon ice cream bucket.
Cover bucket with lid and freeze for 12 hours.
When slush is completely frozen, fill a glass half full with brandy slush and half with lemon lime soda.
Garnish with cranberries, orange slices and rosemary if desired.
The easiest way to scoop out your brandy slush is with an ice cream scoop.
Add orange slices, fresh cranberries and rosemary to garnish your drink and add a bit of extra flavor.
You can make this recipe ahead of time for a party, just place your slush in the freezer until ready to serve.
