Mixed Berry No-Cook Jam

A delicious no-cook jam made with fresh sweet berries. Comes together in minutes with no canning skills required!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 12 ounces fresh raspberries
  • 12 ounces fresh blackberries
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons instant pectin

Instructions

  • Combine fresh fruit, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
  • Evenly sprinkle sugar and pectin over top.  Stir for two minutes and gently smash the fruit with a potato masher.
  • Transfer jam to canning jars. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to a year.

Notes

  • Be sure to sterilize the jars before adding the jam. 
  • I highly recommend using fresh fruit for this recipe. 
  • This no-cook jam will last for two weeks in the fridge and in the freezer for up to a year.
