Mixed Berry No-Cook Jam
A delicious no-cook jam made with fresh sweet berries. Comes together in minutes with no canning skills required!

Ingredients

fresh strawberries
hulled and chopped

lemon zest

lemon juice

instant pectin
Instructions
Combine fresh fruit, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl.
Evenly sprinkle sugar and pectin over top. Stir for two minutes and gently smash the fruit with a
potato masher
.
Transfer jam to
canning jars
. Cover and refrigerate for up to one week or freeze for up to a year.
Notes
Be sure to sterilize the jars before adding the jam.
I highly recommend using fresh fruit for this recipe.
This no-cook jam will last for two weeks in the fridge and in the freezer for up to a year.
