Grilled Steak & Veggie Kabobs
Colorful kabobs skewered with marinated steak and vegetables and grilled to perfection.

For the Marinade
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash cayenne pepper
For the Kabobs
- 2 pounds top sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 medium red onions peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 red pepper cut into wedges
- 1 yellow pepper cut into wedges
- 16 ounces cherry tomatoes
- 16 ounces fresh mushrooms
Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add cubed steak to marinade and allow to marinate 2 hours.
Using wooden skewers, alternate meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
Brush kabobs with remaining marinade.
Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked thoroughly and veggies are tender.
- This recipe is perfect for using any leftover veggies that you may have in the fridge.
- Soak your wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Preheat your grill before adding your kabobs for even cooking.
