Cake Mix Mug Cake
This confetti mug cake recipe is only 4 ingredients and makes enough mix for 16 servings to store and enjoy whenever you crave something sweet. Light and fluffy, full of vanilla flavor and ready in just minutes!

Ingredients
- Box of Angel Food cake mix
- Box of Confetti cake mix
- Canned whipped topping
- Confetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix both cake mixes together in a bowl that has a sealed cover. Place cover on and shake well.
- This mixture can be stored in the air tight container until you get the urge for dessert.
- To make a mug cake, place 3 tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 tablespoons of water until batter is smooth.
- Microwave it for one minute. Cake will be hot.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkles and enjoy.
Notes
- Full recipe makes 16 servings.
- Make sure to leave some room at the top of the mug so that your cake has enough room to rise.
- Add in a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make your cake extra moist.
- I recommend using an 11-12 ounce mug for this recipe. If you have a larger cup feel free to double the recipe!
