Ninja Foodi Beef Brisket
Tender and delicious beef brisket perfectly seasoned and made easy in the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pound beef brisket
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon garlic power
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 24 ounces Heinz chili sauce
Brush your ninja pressure pot with olive oil.
Pour water in your pot.
Place brisket in your pot.
Evenly sprinkle onion soup mix, garlic powder, and brown sugar overtop.
Pour chili sauce overtop, completely covering the brisket.
Cover with pressure lid and pressure for 60 minutes.
When done, allow pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes.
After that, quick release until all pressure is gone.
Carefully remove from Ninja Foodi, slice, and serve.
- To keep the meat moist, cook the brisket with the fat side facing up.
- Add in beef broth instead of water for more flavor.
- Store your leftovers in an airtight container and place in the fridge for up to 4 days.
