Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds thick cut boneless pork chops

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients except pork chops in a large bowl.
  • Add pork chops and mix until they are all coated.
  • Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing pork chops to marinate.
  • Heat grill to 300ºF.
  • Place marinated chops in your hot grill.
  • Grill on each side for 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.

Notes

  • Keep a bit of the marinade to the side and brush on the pork chops within the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
  • Marinade your pork chops for at least 8 hours, I like to marinade mine overnight.
  • You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicier marinade.
