Best Pork Chop Marinade
A simple pork chop marinade that infuses pork chops with amazing flavor from the inside out.

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds thick cut boneless pork chops
Whisk all ingredients except pork chops in a large bowl.
Add pork chops and mix until they are all coated.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing pork chops to marinate.
Heat grill to 300ºF.
Place marinated chops in your hot grill.
Grill on each side for 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
- Keep a bit of the marinade to the side and brush on the pork chops within the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
- Marinade your pork chops for at least 8 hours, I like to marinade mine overnight.
- You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicier marinade.
