A simple pork chop marinade that infuses pork chops with amazing flavor from the inside out.

Ingredients

olive oil

soy sauce

tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce

tablespoons
brown sugar

tablespoon
minced garlic

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt

pepper

pounds
thick cut boneless pork chops
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients except pork chops in a large bowl.
Add pork chops and mix until they are all coated.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, allowing pork chops to marinate.
Heat grill to 300ºF.
Place marinated chops in your hot grill.
Grill on each side for 8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
Notes
Keep a bit of the marinade to the side and brush on the pork chops within the last few minutes of cooking for extra flavor.
Marinade your pork chops for at least 8 hours, I like to marinade mine overnight.
You can add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicier marinade.
