Easy Orange Creamsicle Salad
Fluffy and creamy vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows mixed with tangy mandarin oranges and sweet orange jello make the perfect summer dessert!

3 ounce package orange jello 1 cup boiling water ½ cup cold water 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding 8 ounces whipped topping 15 ounce can mandarin oranges drained 1 cup mini marshmallows
Pour orange jello in a large mixing bowl.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and pour it into the orange jello. Whisk until jello is dissolved.
Pour in cold water while whisking. Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and pour in vanilla pudding. Whisk until well-combined.
Place in the refrigerator for another 20 minutes or until it is thickened.
Remove from refrigerator and add whipped topping, mandarin oranges, and marshmallows.
Stir until everything is combined.
Chill for an additional hour before serving.
For a creamier salad, add in a bit of cream cheese with the whipped topping.
Add chopped walnuts or pecans for crunch in your salad.
If you don’t have mini marshmallows, you can use regular sized ones, just cut them into smaller pieces.
