Homemade Bean Dip
Creamy refried beans, taco seasoning, cream cheese, fresh salsa, sour cream, and Mexican cheese come together to make the ultimate combo of a bright and zesty bean dip packed with flavor!

16 ounce can refried beans 1 cup sour cream 4 ounces cream cheese softened 1 packet taco seasoning ¼ cup salsa 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, beat refried beans, sour cream, and cream cheese until smooth.
Add taco seasoning and salsa and beat again.
Transfer mixture to a 8x8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
For a bit of a different flavor, try using different mixtures of cheese.
For a smooth dip, use a food processor or a blender. If you prefer a chunky dip, use a fork to mash your beans.
If you're planning on using canned beans, be sure to pick out good quality beans since this will determine the main flavor of the dip.
