Fluffy, golden, and made right in your air fryer, these pancakes are a quick and easy breakfast favorite—ready in just 10 minutes with simple pantry staples.
Pour in melted butter in a fine stream while mixing.
Add flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar.
Whisk until only a few small lumps remain.
Add vanilla and whisk again until batter is uniform.
Prepare 4-inch silicone discs by spraying them with a thin layer of cooking spray.
Fill each disc about halfway full and place them in your air fryer basket. The number of discs you can bake at one time will depend on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry at 350ºF for 6-8 minutes or until pancakes are baked thoroughly and slightly golden.
Serve with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
Notes
Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes before cooking to activate the baking powder and create fluffier pancakes.
Avoid soggy pancakes: After your pancakes come out of the air fryer, place them apart on a wire rack instead of stacking them to prevent them from getting soggy.
The first batch of pancakes may take a little longer to cook, but any other remaining batches might take a minute or two less because the air fryer is already hot.
If you want to be extra precise, use a measuring cup when pouring batter to ensure equal amounts in each silicone disc.
Don’t overfill the molds—fill only halfway to give the batter room to rise and cook through evenly.
