American Flag Layered Taco Dip
A quick, simple and festive dip with layers of refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, tomatoes and black olives! The perfect patriotic appetizer for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day or any time!

refried beans

packet taco seasoning

sour cream

Instructions
In a bowl, combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Top with a layer of guacamole.
Spread a layer of sour cream over the guacamole.
Using the diced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and black olives, create a flag pattern as shown in the photo and blog post.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
You can use homemade taco seasoning or a seasoning packet for this dip.
Let your dip sit in the fridge for a least an hour before serving.
To store, cover your dish with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for up to three days.
