Additional marshmallows and fresh blueberries, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, beat vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
Add blueberry pie filling, drained pineapple, and marshmallows. Gently stir together.
Add whipped topping and mix together with a spatula.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for one hour before serving.
Notes
Avoid overmixing so that your whipped topping does not become deflated.
This dish can be served in a variety of ways, such as in a large bowl, a trifle dish or small pudding cups. Have fun with trying different serving methods and see what works best for you!
Although fresh blueberries are preferred for optimal taste, if you are using frozen berries, be sure to thaw and drain them properly before adding them to your mixture.
