Cake Mix Mug Cake
This confetti mug cake recipe is only 4 ingredients and makes enough mix for 16 servings to store and enjoy whenever you crave something sweet. Light and fluffy, full of vanilla flavor and ready in just minutes!

Angel Food cake mix

Confetti cake mix
Canned whipped topping
Confetti sprinkles
Instructions
Mix both cake mixes together in a bowl that has a sealed cover. Place cover on and shake well.
This mixture can be stored in the air tight container until you get the urge for dessert.
To make a mug cake, place 3 tablespoons of the dry mixture in a big coffee mug and stir in 2 tablespoons of water until batter is smooth.
Microwave it for one minute. Cake will be hot.
Top with whipped topping and sprinkles and enjoy.
Notes
Full recipe makes 16 servings.
Make sure to leave some room at the top of the mug so that your cake has enough room to rise.
Add in a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make your cake extra moist.
I recommend using an 11-12 ounce mug for this recipe. If you have a larger cup feel free to double the recipe!
