Ingredients

sliced dill pickles

Instructions
Pour ½ cup pickle juice over prepared pasta. Allow to sit and absorb for 5 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add sliced pickles, subbed cheddar cheese, onion, and dill. Stir together.
In a small bowl, prepare sauce by combining Miracle Whip, sour cream, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and ¼ cup pickle juice.
Pour sauce over pasta mixture. Stir until everything is combined.
Notes
Add in crumbled bacon, hard-boiled eggs, shredded cheese or diced tomatoes.
Get creative with the pasta that you use! Try using rotini, fusilli, macaroni or shells.
Store your pickle pasta salad in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
