A quick and irresistible frozen treat made with layers of ice cream sandwiches, chocolate and caramel sauces, whipped topping, and crunchy Heath toffee bits.
Place a layer of sandwiches in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. You may have to cut them to make them fit.
Cover first layer of ice cream sandwiches completely with hot fudge. (You may need to microwave it briefly so it can be poured and spread easily.)
Place second layer of ice cream sandwiches on top of hot fudge.
Next, cover ice cream sandwiches completely with caramel sauce.
Carefully spread whipped topping over top of caramel.
Cover dessert with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Before serving, evenly sprinkle Heath bits over top.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
Fill the gaps - If your ice cream sandwiches aren’t fitting perfectly in your baking dish, you can simply slice them into smaller pieces to fill the edges.
Work in batches - Ice cream sandwiches can melt pretty quick, so to avoid too much melting, you can unwrap a few ice cream sandwiches at a time while keeping the next batch in the freezer.
Work quickly, but don’t stress - Work as quickly as you can as you prepare the ice cream sandwiches, but don't worry too much if your ice cream starts melting. During its time in the freezer, the ice cream will refreeze anyways.
Customization station - You can incorporate a “toppings bar” where everyone can customize their dessert with their favorite candies and sauces. This is a fun way for everyone to get creative and personalize their treat.
