In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add shredded cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Beat again.
Slowly pour beer in while mixing until thick and creamy.
Serve with veggies, pretzels, or crackers.
Notes
Make a charcuterie board: Surround your ranch beer dip with all your favorite dippers for the perfect centerpiece to a charcuterie board!
Make ahead friendly: You can easily make this dip ahead of time and have it ready when you are.
Make a double batch: If you’re expecting a larger crowd, it’s a smart idea to double the recipe right away just in case. You can use the leftover dip as a spread for sandwiches or keep it in the fridge for up to a week, so it shouldn’t go to waste!
Use room temperature cream cheese: Softening the cream cheese makes it much easier to blend and ensures a smooth, creamy dip.
Choose a light beer: A lager or pale ale adds flavor without overpowering the ranch and cheese.
Add mix-ins for variety: Crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, or a dash of hot sauce can take the flavor to the next level.
