Whipped Pink Lemonade

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons pink lemonade mix
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ cups water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, beat pink lemonade mix and heavy whipping cream together until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- Add ¾ cups water and 1 tablespoon pink lemonade mix to two glasses. Stir well until mix is dissolved.
- Add ice until glasses are about ¾ full.
- Spoon half of the whipped lemonade on top of each glass.
- Stir cream into the lemonade just before drinking.
Notes
- Don't overmix the whipped topping - Whip just until stiff peaks form, as overmixing can cause the heavy cream to deflate or separate.
