Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 heaping teaspoons baking powder
  • cup peanut butter
  • 2 ½ cups flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cream sugar, egg and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
  • Add milk and flour alternately.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 37-40 minutes.

Insert a toothpick into the center of the loaf—if it comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs, the bread is done.
