Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix brussels sprouts in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Transfer brussels sprouts to air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 400º Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking time.
  • Toss brussels sprouts with honey and balsamic vinegar immediately before serving.

  1. Even Coating: Ensure that the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated with olive oil, salt, and pepper for uniform seasoning and browning. Toss the Brussels sprouts thoroughly in a bowl to distribute the oil and seasonings evenly before transferring them to the air fryer basket.
