Air Fryer Ravioli

Ravioli coated in breadcrumbs and parmesan and toasted in the air fryer! Better for you than frying in oil and perfect for a quick appetizer or meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounce package cheese ravioli
  • Marinara sauce for dipping optional

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk eggs.
  • In another small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese together.
  • Dip each ravioli into whisked egg then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place breaded ravioli in a greased air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 360º Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  • Flip ravioli and air fry for an additional 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with marinara sauce (optional).

Notes

  • Your ravioli needs to be thawed before frying or it won’t get as crispy. 
  • Serve with marinara sauce or ranch. 
  • Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to four days.
