Air Fryer Banana Bread
A delicious kitchen classic made easy; this soft and sweet banana bread recipe can be made in three simple steps right in the air fryer.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 small ripe bananas mashed
Beat all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer.
Transfer batter to three greased mini bread loaf pans.
Place two bread loaf pans in the air fryer. Air fry at 320ºF for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Repeat step #4 with the last bread loaf pan.
- Add in chocolate chips, chopped nuts or a dash of cinnamon for extra flavor.
- A great natural way to sweeten this recipe is to use overripe bananas.
- You can freeze this bread for up to 30 days! Let thaw in fridge before serving.
