- Granulated sugar
- Baking soda
- Melted butter
- Small ripe bananas
Once you’ve gathered all your ingredients, follow the steps below to make this quick and easy bread!
- Begin by combining the sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, eggs, melted butter, and 3 small ripe mashed bananas into a large mixing bowl. Beat until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the mixture into three mini, greased bread loaf pans. Place two pans in the air fryer basket.
- Bake at 320ºF for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Follow the same air frying instructions for the third loaf. And enjoy!

The recipe makes three mini loaves of banana bread. I used a basket air fryer and was able to fit two loaves at a time.
HOW DO YOU STORE BANANA BREAD?
Allow the loaf of bread to cool completely, then place a piece of paper toweling in the bottom of an airtight storage container. The paper toweling will help absorb any moisture.
Place the loaf on top of the toweling and cover the bread with another paper towel. Place the lid on the container and store at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.

- Yield: Makes 3 mini loaves 1x
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 small ripe bananas, mashed
- Beat all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer.
- Transfer batter to three greased mini bread loaf pans.
- Place two bread loaf pans in the air fryer. Air fry at 320ºF for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Repeat step #4 with the last bread loaf pan.
