Cinnamon Roll Casserole
This cinnamon roll casserole is the ultimate brunch dish and comes together with minimal effort using store-bought rolls.

- 2 cans cinnamon rolls
- ½ cup butter melted
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Icing from cinnamon rolls
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Prepare an 8x8 baking dish by spraying it with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar together.
Add eggs, heavy whipping cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.
Whisk again until mixture is uniform.
Remove cinnamon rolls from cans and cut them into quarters.
Place cut cinnamon rolls in egg mixture and stir well.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cinnamon rolls are baked through.
Drizzle icing over top of casserole and enjoy!
- Try adding fresh fruits like strawberries or raspberries! They can add a great flavor.
- Change up the toppings with maple pecan frosting, chocolate drizzle or cinnamon streusel.
- Serve this casserole with fresh fruit, breakfast sausage, bacon, eggs or yogurt.
