Ingredients

  • 6 cobs of corn in husks

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Place cobs of corn on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cut off large end of husk. 
  • Working from the top, gently slide corn out of husk.

Notes

  • I recommend cooking your corn within a few days of purchasing to ensure the freshest results. 
  • It’s better to undercook your corn, as overcooked corn can get mushy. 
  • Freeze the corn before cooking and peeling. The husk will keep your corn from freezer burn.
