Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Place cobs of corn on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut off large end of husk.
Working from the top, gently slide corn out of husk.
Notes
I recommend cooking your corn within a few days of purchasing to ensure the freshest results.
It’s better to undercook your corn, as overcooked corn can get mushy.
Freeze the corn before cooking and peeling. The husk will keep your corn from freezer burn.
