Peanut Butter Preacher Cookies
Easy-to-make, soft and chewy no-bake peanut butter cookies drizzled in sweet melted chocolate.

For the Cookies:
- 3 cups quick 1-minute oats uncooked
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter
Add oatmeal to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
Add sugar, butter, salt, and milk to a medium saucepan.
Over medium heat, stir often, and bring mixture to a low boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.
Pour mixture over top of oatmeal. Stir until well-combined.
Scoop tablespoons of batter onto wax paper.
Gently press each spoonful with your fingers to flatten them.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals until melted. Be sure to stir often.
Drizzle melted chocolate over cookies with a spoon.
Allow the cookies to cool completely.
- Your mixture should be at a rolling boil before you set the one minute timer.
- The cookies will take a bit of time before fully setting up, about 45 minutes.
- Add in chopped nuts, M&Ms or dried fruit for more variations of this cookie recipe.
