Air Fryer French Toast
Thick pieces of brioche dipped, air fried and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Fluffy on the inside, beautifully browned on the outside!

Ingredients

of thick-sliced brioche bread

eggs

heavy whipping cream

teaspoon
vanilla

butter
melted

sugar

tablespoon
cinnamon

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla together.
Prepare air fryer by spritzing the basket with oil.
Dredge two pieces of bread in the egg mixture, covering both sides.
Place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t touching.
Cook at 360º Fahrenheit for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Brush with melted butter and generously sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Continue with remaining pieces of bread.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
You can use brioche bread, French bread, Texas toast, or challah.
Spray your air fryer basket so your bread doesn’t stick.
Don’t let your bread sit in your egg mixture too long, or it’ll become “water-logged.”
