Instructions
Thread a cherry tomato on each skewer followed by a basil leaf, a mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, and another tomato.
Arrange the skewers on a plate and drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Notes
Try to use tomatoes the same size as the mozzarella pearls so that your skewers look more balanced and you get even flavors.
This recipe is best when made the same day that you’re planning on eating them.
If you can’t find mozzarella pearls, feel free to slice fresh mozzarella into small cubes.
