Ingredients

rosemary

thyme
finely chopped

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Spoon mixture onto wax or parchment paper.
Roll into a small log and close the ends by twisting.
Refrigerate 2 hours before using.
Notes
Let your butter sit in the fridge for at least two hours before use.
You can add this compound butter to steaks, seafood, breads, potatoes, and more.
Your butter will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
