Sweet cinnamon sugar chips made from pie crust dough. Great for dipping into sweet salsas or dips.

refrigerated pie crusts
2 crusts

sugar

teaspoons
cinnamon

butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven according to the pie crust package directions.
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Whisk sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
Unroll both pie crusts and cut them into small triangles.
Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on them.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and serve with fruit salsa.
Notes
Let your chips cool before serving.
Pair with fruit salsa, peanut butter or jam.
Use cookie cutters to make fun shaped chips.
