The countdown to Memorial Day has begun, and it's been so much fun thinking about the food and drinks we'll be enjoying throughout the weekend. We'll be spending the weekend up at our lake cabin and although the water will still be too cold to swim in, there are lots of other activities we're looking forward to. Horseback riding, roasting s'mores and doing a little downtown shopping in a quaint community in Northern Wisconsin are all on the to-do list.
When I think about summer, I think about fresh fruits, fresh salads and fresh drinks. Don't you, too? So, today we're making a sweet, tangy and delicious homemade Pink Lemonade!
This recipe incorporates fresh raspberries, lemons and organic sugar to make a refreshing lemonade that will delight you and your guests. Fresh ingredients are the best, and this particular drink is made even better with Tate+Lyle® Organic Pure Cane Sugar.
Tate+Lyle® Organic Sugars aren't only certified organic, but Fairtrade certified as well. I love that they provide opportunities for small-scale sugarcane farmers to invest in their communities for a sustainable future.
What caught my eye about the Tate+Lyle® Organic Pure Cane Sugar was the delicate blonde-colored sugar crystals. The sugar cane is grown in sun-kissed organic fields, then lightly refined to create an unmatched sweetener that's perfect for sprinkling on cereals and fruits - and sweetening drinks like tea, coffee and this pink lemonade.
When I entertain, I love to make beautiful drinks in pitchers. There's just something about a clear pitcher filled with a sweet, homemade lemonade with fresh berries that makes guests feel appreciated.
I know when I'm invited to a party and someone makes a homemade drink recipe, it just seems so special and something I, of course, am excited to try.
Garnish this pink lemonade with a lemon slice and a few fresh berries, kick back and relax.
This, my friends, is what summer is all about. Sipping on a sweet lemonade with friends and family, just soaking up the sunshine. Ahhhh. . .what a way to welcome in summer.
It really doesn't get any better than this!
I found Tate+Lyle® Organic Sugars in the sweetener aisle at Walmart. Use the product locator page at tateandlylesugars.com/us/ to find them in a store near you.

- Slip 4-5 Mike and Ike’s MegaMix Sours onto an umbrella pick for garnish along with a fresh strawberry and lemon slice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust Sugar to Taste: The sweetness of the pink lemonade can vary based on personal preference and the natural sweetness of the raspberries and lemons. Taste the mixture after straining and before adding the lemon juice and cold water. Adjust the amount of sugar accordingly to achieve your desired level of sweetness.
- Strain for Smooth Texture: Straining the raspberry mixture before adding it to the pitcher ensures a smooth and seed-free texture for your lemonade. Use a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove any seeds and pulp, leaving behind a vibrant and clear liquid base for your drink.
- Chill Thoroughly: For the most refreshing experience, chill the pink lemonade thoroughly before serving. Allow it to cool to room temperature after straining, then refrigerate until well chilled. Serving the lemonade over ice enhances its crispness and ensures a refreshing sip every time.

Hey, how many servings would you say this makes? Excited to make it!

If your cups are around 8 ounces, I would say 6-8 servings.
