    AIR FRYER BANANA BREAD TIPS

    • For those with a sweet tooth, try adding chocolate chips or cinnamon into the batter! Other additions could include chopped nuts such as pecans or walnuts.
    • For extra sweetness and stronger flavor, make sure to use overripe bananas.
    • This recipe can also be frozen for later enjoyment. Just bake, cool, wrap, and freeze for up to 30 days! Let loaf thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
An additional serving tip: place a slice in the air fryer for a short moment to make it fresh and warm!
    • Try using different types of flour for different flavors. Some popular options include whole wheat flour and coconut flour.

WHAT KIND OF BANANAS ARE BEST FOR MAKING BREAD?

Overripe bananas work the best, giving the bread a soft, moist center while still maintaining a golden brown crust. Typically the softer the banana, the sweeter the banana bread will taste.

HOW MANY LOAVES OF BREAD DOES THIS RECIPE MAKE?

The recipe makes three mini loaves of banana bread. I used a basket air fryer and was able to fit two loaves at a time.

HOW DO YOU STORE BANANA BREAD?

Allow the loaf of bread to cool completely, then place a piece of paper toweling in the bottom of an airtight storage container. The paper toweling will help absorb any moisture.

Place the loaf on top of the toweling and cover the bread with another paper towel. Place the lid on the container and store at room temperature for up to 3-4 days.

    CAN YOU FREEZE BANANA BREAD?

You can definitely freeze banana bread! Make sure to cool the loaf completely. Then, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer-safe storage bag or container with an airtight seal.

The loaves can last up to 30 days in the freezer.

I have a loaf pan that came in a baking set for an air fryer. Any baking pan that fits your air fryer will work. There are a lot silicone options available as well. Amazon has many nice options.
