Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a microwaveable dish, melt the butter.
3. With a silicone pastry brush, brush butter on bottom of tortilla and generously season with cinnamon sugar.
4. Repeat previous step for the top of the tortilla and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes or until tortilla is bubbly and browned.
6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar (if desired) before serving.
