  1. Step 2: Drain off boiling water and rinse with cold water, then place blanched mushrooms in a large sealable mason jar.

  • 16 ounces medium fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil.

    Hi there! Since I only had 8 ounces Of mushrooms available I halved the marinade. My concern is that the marinade only comes up about 1/3 of the mushrooms. Is it supposed to cover all of the mushrooms?
