Rainbow Sherbet Punch is a party time favorite that everyone will love!

Almost all of our family parties feature this delicious drink. The best part is you only need two ingredients to whip up this fruity and creamy punch!

HOW TO MAKE RAINBOW SHERBET PUNCH:

To make this colorful punch, you'll need:

    • Lemon lime soda
    • Rainbow sherbet
    • Fresh raspberries and/or lemon slices

As I said, this rainbow sherbet punch is super easy to make! Begin by dropping scoops of frozen rainbow sherbet into a glass.

Fill the glass with some lemon lime soda.

Serve the punch with fresh raspberries and lemon slices.

WHAT KIND OF LEMON LIME SODA SHOULD I USE FOR PUNCH?

For this sherbet punch, you can use any kind of lemon lime soda you would like. The most popular ones used are 7Up or Sprite. Sprite is personally my favorite but you can use any brand.

Some stores carry their own brands of lemon lime soda and you can even use one of those if you would like.

CAN I USE ANY FLAVOR OF SHERBET FOR THIS PUNCH?

Yes you can! You can use your favorite flavor and/or brand for the sherbet punch. For example, I also make this punch with raspberry sherbet quite often.

Just keep in mind that it won't be as colorful if you use a different flavor.

CAN THIS PUNCH BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME?

If you're making just individual glasses of punch, you should prepare the drinks for them to be immediately enjoyed.

If you're making a larger bowl full of this punch, you could start placing the scoops of sherbet into the soda about 10-15 minutes ahead of time to allow the flavors to begin blending, but I wouldn't prepare it any earlier than that.

The scoops of sherbet will actually keep the punch cold during the duration of the party.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO STORE LEFTOVER PUNCH?

Unfortunately, this punch doesn't "store" well. The sherbet will be melted and the carbonation in the soda will quickly go flat - it's just best to be enjoyed soon after preparing.

Again, the beauty of this punch is that you can make it by the glass or the punch bowl depending on how many people you're serving.
