What a perfect dessert to make for Valentine’s Day, birthday parties, special occasions or any night of the week!

WHAT IS FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE?

A flourless cake is just that – a cake that doesn’t use flour as part of it’s base. It is a great option for people who are gluten intolerant or just choose to avoid flour.

It is a denser cake with a texture more like a cheesecake. The delicious chocolate glaze just puts it over the top!

  • Semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Butter

Step 3: Add sugar, salt, and vanilla and stir until combined.

Step 4: Add the eggs and mix until smooth.

Next, you’re going to want to add the cocoa powder and stir again until uniform.
