TIPS FOR MAKING CORN ON THE COB

  • It's better to undercook than overcook your corn, as it can get mushy if it's cooked too long. You can tell when your corn is completely cooked when the kernels are tender and plump.
  • If you end up having a lot of extra corn, you can make corn salad with the rest of the corn kernels!
  • Be sure to cook your corn within a few days of purchasing to ensure the freshest results!

Other than the usual salt, sugar, pepper, or butter, there are a variety of other seasonings that you can add to your corn.

Garlic butter and parmesan give the corn a perfect garlicky flavor. For some other variations, try adding chili powder for some spice or herbs for a fresher taste!
