Berry Pretzel Dessert

An easy dessert with a buttery pretzel crust, a luscious cream cheese layer and fresh strawberries and blueberries topped with whipped cream.



  1. In a large bowl, toss pretzels with sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press into an ungreased 13×9 baking dish. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and grated lemon zest until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold it into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread over pretzel layer.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle berries over top of dessert.
  8. If desired, top each serving with additional whipped cream and miniature pretzels.
