- Place cobs of corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut off the large end of the husk.
- Working from the top, gently slide corn out of the husk.
TIPS FOR MAKING CORN ON THE COB
- It’s better to undercook than overcook your corn, as it can get mushy if it’s cooked too long. You can tell when your corn is completely cooked when the kernels are tender and plump.
- If you end up having a lot of extra corn, you can make corn salad with the rest of the corn kernels!
