Fluffy Oven Pancake

  1. Preheat oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
  2. Prepare baking sheet by brushing it with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  3. Place all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
  4. Combine eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and 5 tablespoons melted butter together in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
  6. Transfer batter to your prepared sheet pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Add desired toppings (blueberries, pecans, strawberries, etc.).
  8. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
  9. Cut pancake into pieces. Serve while warm.
