For the Marinade

For the Kabobs


  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Add cubed steak to marinade and allow to marinate 2 hours.
  3. Using wooden skewers, alternate meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
  4. Brush kabobs with remaining marinade.
  5. Grill on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is cooked thoroughly and veggies are tender.
