Instructions

For the Brownies

1. Preheat oven to 350º Fahrenheit.
2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
5. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
6. Transfer batter to your prepared baking pan.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.
8. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
9. Cut the brownies into 4 rows. Create 5 triangles in each row. You will have a half-triangle remaining on each end of every row.

For the Frosting

1. To prepare frosting, in a medium mixing bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar together.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of milk and vanilla. Beat well.
3. If it is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more powdered sugar.
4. Add food coloring until you reach your desired color.
5. Transfer frosting to a large ziplock bag and pipe frosting onto each brownie.
6. Add sprinkles to each brownie before frosting has a chance to harden.
